The whole process took too long. It took 2 years to even start talking about a power chair. The online form is confusing, it took me 4 months to realise I had only registered my details and not filled in an application form. I also received a generic email about getting back in touch whilst I was waiting for a call from Whizz-Kidz who hadn't contacted me! The power chair and handover was great. Although we got a difference chair than we had been told we were getting even though we'd told Whizz-Kidz the issues we were having around changing our motability car. All in all your communication (or lack of) lets you down.

We received really good care and they went through everything step by step. I asked questions and the lady answered all of my questions, I felt that she listened and understood all that I wanted from my chair. Thank you Whizz Kidz.

The care was excellent in that everything was done thoroughly including all communications, initial inspection and going through everything when picking up the chair. The team both over the phone and at the appointments were fantastic and seemed really happy to help.
